Placing Job Postings

If you are looking for a qualified professional to work in your development department, head your agency or provide other forms of support, the AFP is a great place to advertise.  AFP members are serious about their fundraising careers.  They are committed to ethical practices and continuing education in their careers, and they care about the non-profit world.  And they’re well-connected; if the job’s not for them, they may know somebody who would be a good fit.

Who May Post a Job

Agencies with an AFP member on staff may post jobs free of charge. Click here for a job posting form.

Other non-profit agencies in the San Antonio area may post jobs if they are sponsored by a current AFP San Antonio member.  This includes jobs at non-profit agencies that are being handled by professional recruiting agencies.

Agencies with no AFP connection may post a job for a $100 fee. The fee is payable before the job will be posted. Click here for a credit card charge form (including instructions on where to send information). You can also write a check. Make the check payable to AFP San Antonio and mail to:

How to Post a Job

Fill out the online job posting form according to your organization's affiliation with AFP.  Volunteer members of the AFP Employment Opportunities Committee will review the form and convert the document into a PDF file.  The Chapter will post the job on its website and e-mail all Chapter members notifying them of the vacancy.
